Rossendales training was formed in 2007 and since our inception have delivered over 200 courses and trained over 3,000 delegates. With our team of highly skilled trainers we have put all that knowledge and experience into a range of highly effective training courses.
Based at your premises or our state of the art training rooms our friendly, informative courses give your staff the benefit of real life experiences and know how, leaving them with practical, memorable techniques and knowledge to develop in their daily working lives. Your staff will be provided with the course outline together with the aims and objectives, course handouts, evaluation forms and attendance certificates. We will discuss feedback gained from the course attendees and plan any follow up training that they may require.
We recognise that in the current economic climate organisations can’t justify running the course solely for a small number of staff. Our solution is a facilitated course, still run on your premises and to your specifications but we will market the course to neighbouring organisations and deal with all enquiries, bookings and joining instructions and provide the training material.
All you have to do is provide a training room free of charge and you will have two free places automatically provided for your staff with any extra places required being charged at our daily rate.
As well as our suite of training courses we can also bespoke courses to your particular needs. We have recently delivered bespoke courses on Equalities and Diversity; Train the Trainer, Insolvency, Personal Safety and Conflict Handling, Payment Negotiation and Income Expenditure.

All courses with exception of the Phonecoach will be £95 + VAT per delegate, the Phonecoach is priced at £295 + VAT per delegate, all course material is included in the price and also lunch and refreshments.
